➡️ W as in WRECK
Wreck diving is always special in terms of atmosphere and often History.
Superyachts allow us to reach the most off the beaten track areas to explore these sites such as the 500 ft long Shinkoku Maru in Truk Lagoon, Micronesia.
This Japanese oil tanker was requisitioned by the Navy and converted as a support vessel during WWII. Sunk in 1944 by the US Air Force, she lies upright and hosts myriads of juvenile fish and is covered in corals and anemones. Exploring the wreck inside takes you back in time.
This photo features the engine room and was dived with rebreather.
It was an out of this world experience in terms of diving and emotion.
